A BUSY SUMMER. This summer has been jam packed. Carter started school and they've been going on field trips to the movie, a local park, Chuckie Cheese, and Adventure City. Mom accompanied the school to the amusement park. Then there have been swim lessons, tumbling, cupcake making, museums...whew, I'm tired just recapping it all : ) When September comes, Carter switches from kid clothes to the school uniform. Mom is still getting used to the idea. KEVIN has become a valuable member of the Home Owners Association preparing reports and attending meetings. Several people asked him to run for the Board. He's in the last class or two of his MA program and launching a job search. MICHELLE has not much new happening. Now that Carter is in school, she no longer works from home one day a week. But, thanks to a good boss, she's off by 3:00 or 4:00. |

BELOW: Hot August day spent at the "Water Festival" at KidSpace in Pasadena. KidSpace is a fun kids' museum with giant legos, little bikes, interactive exhibits and things to climb. During the "Water Festival," they added water spitting lawn toys to the fun, splashing in the waterfall and other wet games. |
